Our Story

Our love story began in the workplace. One was checking out the items he had picked out from the fully accessorized and well curated wall display at one of our retail shops - the one located on 34th Street to be specific. The other one was training behind the cash register, looking a bit flustered trying to remove the sensor from a blazer he was ringing up. We winked at each other with the mutual understanding that we had seen each other before on one of the floors at our corporate office. 

At that time, we were simply colleagues. We worked in different departments, IT and Accounting. We collaborated from time on time on various projects. With each new initiative, we learned more and more about each other and, after each company outing, the closer we became. The collaboration organically resulted in friendship that spanned 6 years and the friendship grew into something much deeper than we had ever imagined.

During a trip with our friends to Miami (you know who you are!), we decided to take our friendship to a level much more romantic and intimate. It was a torrential downpour both in terms of the actual weather and the emotions we were mutually feeling. It was this turning point in our relationship we decided that our forever was a possibility.

Since then, we traveled the world together and always kept each other safe. We experienced new cultures and new languages. We understood we could rely on each other day in and day out for virtually anything - for protection, for joy, but most of all for love. Not just surface level love but the kind of love where you'd sacrifice the world to make sure the other one is (just) okay. Our journey has had its share of ups and downs but together we have always prevailed. We found, in each other, our twin flame and there was no way of letting, something so intrinsically special, go.

On June 19, 2021, we got engaged in the presence of our families and the rest is history in the making! We are so grateful to have the support and love of our families and chosen families. We thank God every day for all the blessings we've been bestowed and all the days we get to share. We believe there is no greater human experience than loving and being loved. Love appears in different forms. Love is both infinitely unique and abundant. And, love will always be love.
